The Pioneer Valley Symphony opens the new season by celebrating the 100th Anniversary of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein. Commissioned by the Film Society of Lincoln Center, the score by Michael Shapiro has gained numerous accolades for its sensitive underpinning of the original movie directed by James Whale in 1931.
Arrive early at 6 PM for a costume contest featuring music, door prizes, games, and seasonal fun! Free for Frankenstein ticket holders; RSVP required.
