About the event

The PVS Orchestra’s 32nd annual Mary Stuart Rogers Education Concert, Winter Moons, will be performed for almost one thousand 3rd & 4th graders at Greenfield High School in early April of 2026. A video of the concert will be available to stream free on our YouTube channel in May 2026.

Immerse yourself in the evocative sounds of Jerod Impichchaachaaha’ Tate’s Winter Moons—a musical journey inspired by Native American storytelling and the changing seasons. Blending rich orchestral textures with indigenous rhythms and themes, Tate’s work transports listeners to a world of myth and nature, where tradition meets contemporary expression. Experience the power and beauty of this one-of-a-kind piece in a concert that celebrates cultural heritage and the magic of winter’s transformation.
