About the event
Join this joyful gathering of young string players in and around Greenfield as we learn and play together for an afternoon and give a performance for families and friends at 5pm. Students will have a variety of classes, grouped by instrument and/or level, including technique and repertoire, music theory, fiddling/improv, and drumming and they will play music from a variety of genres.
Open to any elementary/middle school string player, including students who just started playing this summer/fall.
We strive to ensure accessibility of our programs to all members of the community. Classes are offered on a sliding scale. Please choose the tuition rate that is right for you.
$20 - SUSTAINABLE: The per-student cost to sustain this program.
$10 - ACCESSIBLE: Discounted tuition to support access to music for all.
$30 - EQUITABLE: Help us keep PVS programs accessible to all.

If, even with the sliding scale, the cost of String Spectacular would prevent your student from being able to participate, please choose the option to pay in person (in order to bypass entering payment information) and the PVS and Música Franklin would be happy to cover the cost.
