Andrea Moore, musicologist from Smith College, shares her expertise on current women composers in the United States working on cutting edge music as we celebrate this milestone in women’s history. This event will kick off a five-part fall Discovery Series, Hidden Figures: Women Composers throughout the Ages which will explore the Renaissance, Baroque, Classical, Romantic, and Post World War II eras.
