Life is a Dream: Celebration of Lewis Spratlan

Lewis Spratlan, Professor Emeritus at Amherst College, has had a long and storied career, including winning the Pulitzer Prize in 2000 for an opera he completed in 1978. 

Join us as we revisit Spratlan's extraordinary journey as composer and reflect on his life and legacy. This event comes at the 80th anniversary of Spratlan’s birth and the 10th anniversary of the world premiere of his oeuvre, 'Life is a Dream,' by The Santa Fe Opera.
